PT Benua Laut Lepas (BLL), an affiliate of Bomba Grup engaged in marine port services, particularly Ship to Ship, officially signed a concession agreement for operations in the waters of Tanjung Carat, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. This agreement mandates BLL to manage and operate the port area, which is a strategic logistics hub in Southern Sumatra.

The signing took place on Friday, September 12, 2025, at the Karsa Building, Ministry of Transportation, Jakarta. Present at the occasion were Mr. Alvin Reynaldi Setiawan (President Director of BLL), together with Mr. Idham Faca (Head of KSOP Class I Palembang), and witnessed by Mr. Muhammad Masyhud (Director General of Sea Transportation) and officials from the Ministry of Transportation. Through this concession, BLL reaffirms its commitment to providing reliable, efficient, and competitive port services, while continuing to collaborate with the government to strengthen maritime infrastructure, streamline logistics flows, and promote sustainable economic growth in the Sumatra region.
