In the midst of busyness in completing work, we often find ourselves trapped in worries about things that have not yet certainly happened, which can result in fragmented focus and decreased productivity.

On Thursday (12/02), the Human Capital Division (HCD) of Bomba Grup held an Internal Sharing session with the theme "Present Moment: Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja" (Present Moment: Enhancing Work Productivity), delivered by Mr. Cahya Purnama (HC Supervisor) online. The session was attended by Bomba Grup employees who actively and enthusiastically participated in the question-and-answer session.

It is hoped that by participating in this Internal Sharing session, employees can gain a deeper understanding of how to be fully present while working, enabling them to be more focused, calm, and productive in completing their daily tasks.
